Situation
MyScreen Mobile Inc
is a startup company working in mobile advertising.
Solution
During
2007, I
produced a feasibility study assessing the MyScreen required
features against the available programmable mobile platforms.
I
subsequently specified, designed, coded and tested the Nokia S60 2nd and
S60 3rd MyScreen
application. Development was performed using Carbide.c++ 1.2 and 1.3.
Design
and development continued with a version for the Windows Mobile 5/6
Smartphone and Pocket PC Phone (Windows Mobile Standard and Professional).
During
2009, the application was significantly enhanced and modified to use a new
MyScreen server. It was also localised in preparation for a trial with
TurkCell.
Benefits
I provided expertise to
allow MyScreen to reliably predict what was possible under each mobile
platform.
The Nokia S60
application was completed on-time for MyScreen's 2008 launch. An early
demonstration Windows Mobile version was also exhibited at the 2008 Mobile
World Congress.
Orascom Telecom, a
carrier with over 70 million subscribers, invested $10 million in MyScreen
in May 2008.
During the first half
of 2009, MyScreen unfortunately stopped paying me and other suppliers.
Feel free to contact me for further information.
